Tangerpay supports the widest range of commercial laundry machine brands in the industry. We support all makes, models and vintages – pretty much all machines bar the old style mechanical coin-slide. If you’ve got a coin drop/pulse style from anywhere in the last 20 years, we’ve got you covered.

This depends on your store and the type of installation. Some sites may need electrical or network preparation before installation, while others may already have the required setup. Tangerpay will advise what is needed after reviewing your store requirements.

Yes. We fully support flexible rollout strategies, whether you want to start by trialing the solution on a handful of machines or in just one of your stores. It’s not an ‘all or nothing’ choice. We’re confident in our product—as are thousands of global customers—so our priority is working with you to find the rollout […]

Most store owners choose to keep their business running during the upgrade – full store closure is not required. Installation can be completed machine by machine.

Thanks to the plug-and-play Pip (our IoT device installed in each machine), installation is fast. The first machine takes only 10–15 minutes, and subsequent machines typically take just 5 minutes each, once you’re familiar with the process. For most laundromats, you will be fully operational in less than a day.

Before installation, we’ll ask for details such as your machine brands and models, store layout, current payment setup, internet connection, Wi-Fi coverage etc. This will usually just be a chat with our sales team.

Tangerpay was established in 2017 and is proudly an Australian business headquartered in Brisbane Australia. Since its founding, Tangerpay has grown to become a leading global provider. In contrast, many competitors are based in the United States: PayRange, Cents, and Bubble Pay are all headquartered in the USA.

Tangerpay is the global leader in laundry payments, available in 95 countries. This contrasts significantly with competitors: PayRange only sells in the USA, while both Bubble Pay and EziWash are restricted to AU and are noted for being more challenging to install compared to Tangerpay’s plug-and-play solution.
