Most store owners choose to keep their business running during the upgrade – full store closure is not required. Installation can be completed machine by machine.

Thanks to the plug-and-play Pip (our IoT device installed in each machine), installation is fast. The first machine takes only 10–15 minutes, and subsequent machines typically take just 5 minutes each, once you’re familiar with the process. For most laundromats, you will be fully operational in less than a day.

Before installation, we’ll ask for details such as your machine brands and models, store layout, current payment setup, internet connection, Wi-Fi coverage etc. This will usually just be a chat with our sales team.
