Remote start functionality is available directly through the Tangerpay Portal, giving you the power to resolve customer issues instantly from anywhere.
To use it:
1. Log in to the Portal.
2. Select Remote Start from the dashboard.
3. Choose to either start a machine directly, or send the customer a remote start code by SMS. Customers can also use a remote start code through the Tangerpay customer payment page.
