What is Two Way Comms?

Two Way Comms lets you keep your LG washer/dryer in sync with the kiosk, and your kiosk in sync with your LG washer/dryer.  
Press a button on the washer, it updates on the kiosk.   Press a button on the kiosk and it updates on the machine.   
Now you can select a hot wash on the kiosk and it updates on the washer automatically.

Using two-way serial communication, LG machine selections such as cycle type and temperature can appear instantly on the Tangerpay kiosk.   Customers can make selections at the machine or adjust them at the kiosk before paying.   Once the transaction is complete, the selected LG machine starts automatically.

Two-way Communication FAQs

Does two-way communication require extra payment hardware on each LG machine?
No. LG machines are payment-ready from the factory, so there is no separate PIP installation required for the two-way communication setup.

Tangerpay Two-Way Communication is supported on most compatible LG commercial laundry machine models, but support may vary depending on the machine model, generation, and configuration. We recommend checking the supported model list here : Supported Models

Tangerpay Two-Way Communication gives customers more flexibility during the payment process. On machines without Two-Way Communication, customers usually make their wash or dry selections directly on the machine. If they change their mind while paying at the kiosk or through the mobile app, they may need to walk back to the machine to update their selection. With supported LG machines, the machine, kiosk, and mobile app stay synced in real time. Customers can select a cycle on the machine, review it at the kiosk or on mobile, and make changes if needed. Any updates are reflected across the system, helping reduce extra steps and making the laundry experience smoother and more convenient
